Emma and Toms countryside wedding called for a menu that blended Thai flavors with British seasonal ingredients. We created a bespoke fusion menu featuring locally sourced produce prepared with Thai techniques. The highlight was our slow-cooked Massaman Lamb, which received rave reviews from all 120 guests.
