We were invited to create an intimate dining experience for Michaels 50th birthday. The evening featured a 7-course Thai tasting menu paired with wines selected by the hosts sommelier. From delicate starters to a showstopping Mango Sticky Rice finale, every dish was prepared fresh in the clients home kitchen.
