Our Chicken Satay (Gai Satay) is a classic Thai street food favourite, prepared using tender chicken pieces marinated for up to 12 hours in a fragrant blend of Thai spices, including lemongrass and mild seasoning. The chicken is then grilled to achieve a light smoky char while remaining juicy and flavourful.
Served with our signature creamy peanut satay sauce, this dish delivers a perfect balance of savoury, nutty and gently sweet flavours. Naturally gluten-free, it is a popular choice for both casual and formal catering menus.
Available as part of the Fan Thai Sticks catering menu, Chicken Satay can be served at events and private parties across England. We regularly cater across Chelmsford, Essex, London, Kent, Cambridge, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, with nationwide coverage available upon request.
