Crackling Shrimp Delight (Khao Kriap Goong)
Our Thai Prawn Crackers (Khao Kriap Goong) are light, airy and crisp, made from tapioca starch blended with dehydrated shrimp, garlic, seasoning and spices. Fried until perfectly crunchy, they are served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce for a balanced combination of savoury and gently sweet flavours.
An ideal sharing snack or side, prawn crackers are a familiar favourite and pair perfectly with Thai starters and curries.
Available as part of the Fan Thai Sticks catering menu, this item can be served at events and private parties across England. We regularly cater across Chelmsford, Essex, London, Kent, Cambridge, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, with nationwide coverage available upon request.
