
Nok’s Thai Golden Fish Cakes
Nok’s Thai Golden Fish Cakes are a classic Thai starter, prepared with finely minced seabass and delicately seasoned with chilli, lemongrass and kaffir lime. Combined with tapioca starch and French beans, the mixture is shaped into cakes and fried until golden and crisp on the outside, while remaining tender inside.
Served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce, these fish cakes offer a well-balanced blend of savoury, citrus and gentle heat, making them a firm favourite at catered events.
