Our pork gyoza are soft, savoury and crisp on the bottom, and they look beautiful served on spoons at a wedding drinks reception.
What's in it
Wheat dumplings are generously filled with minced pork, fragrant coriander and sesame oil, steamed and then lightly pan-fried for a soft inside and a delicate crisp finish. They are topped with spring onion and crispy fried garlic and served with a rich soy dipping sauce.

They pair well with chicken satay and vegetable spring rolls.

Contains pork, gluten, soy, sesame and garlic. Every dish is labelled for the 14 major allergens. Because ingredients are stored and prepared in shared facilities, traces of any of the 14 allergens may be present, so please tell us about allergies when you book.
Available for weddings, corporate events, private parties and outdoor events across Essex, London and the rest of England. We are a catering company, so our dishes are cooked for events rather than sold as a takeaway.
