Planning your event in Harrow
Harrow is a family neighbourhood of houses with gardens, schools and parks. Children's birthdays, christenings and garden parties are what families here book most, with mild dishes for younger guests.
Harrow has one of the most diverse communities in London, with big family celebrations all year round. Mixed guest lists mean dietary needs vary, so we label every dish and can keep vegetarian, halal-friendly and vegan options apart.
Any venue in Harrow, indoors or out
Around Harrow we cook at sports clubs, family homes and gardens and community halls. The London Borough of Harrow is also home to Harrow on the Hill, Headstone Manor, Pinner High Street and Stanmore Country Park.
The drive from our kitchen is about 45 miles via the A40 and A404, roughly 85 minutes, and travel is always included in your quote rather than added on later. Harrow is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, which our vehicles are planned for, and any charge is built into your quote. For guests coming by train: the Metropolitan, Jubilee and Bakerloo lines.

Questions
Thai catering in Harrow: FAQs
Travel to Harrow is included in every quote
the Metropolitan, Jubilee and Bakerloo lines
Do venues in Harrow need a kitchen?
No. We bring our own cooking equipment, certified gas and serving stations, or cook from our food van, so barns, marquees, gardens, fields and halls without kitchens are all fine. We just need a reasonably flat spot close to where guests will eat.
How far ahead should I book for an event in Harrow?
Summer Saturdays and December dates book up months ahead, so get in touch as soon as you have a date. For weekday lunches and smaller parties, a couple of weeks is often enough. A 20% deposit secures the date.
Can you cater for vegan, gluten-free, halal and allergy needs?
Yes. Every menu includes vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes at no extra cost, halal chicken is available on request and every dish is labelled for the 14 major allergens. Mild versions are available for children.
What is included in the price?
Cooking fresh on site, serving, eco-friendly bamboo plates, cutlery and napkins, set-up, clear-down and travel. Standard service runs for two hours, and extra time can be added.
Do ULEZ or Congestion Charge costs get added for Harrow?
No surprises: any ULEZ, Congestion Charge or parking costs are included in your quote from the start.
Do you cater in Harrow?
Yes. Harrow is about 45 miles from our kitchen in Chelmsford and we cater weddings, parties, office events and food van bookings there, with travel included in the quote.

What our clients say
Every one of our 66 Google reviews is five stars. A few of them, in our clients' own words:
“They tailored their menu to us completely, adding a curry dish that is meaningful to us, and making sure the starters were vegan so all our guests could enjoy them… Most of our guests commented on how much they loved the food.”
“I booked Mihai and Nok for my mum's 60th birthday… they adapted their starters into canapés style plates for our casual dining event. Everyone was raving about the food and we didn't have any guests going hungry!”
“All of our guests loved the Thai buffet and we had lots of comments on the high quality. Mihai and his team were discreet and cracked on using the facilities the hall had… brilliant with some of the more complex dietary requirements.”
