Planning your event in Hampstead
Hampstead is a busy working district, full of offices and workplaces. Office buildings here usually need a delivery slot, security sign-in and a goods lift, which we arrange with your facilities team in advance.
Hampstead has some of London's grandest homes, garden squares and private clubs. Elegant receptions and dinner parties are typical here, with passed canapés or a private chef serving at the table.
Hampstead has a creative, food-loving crowd and plenty of studios, warehouses and independent venues. Street food fits right in here, so live wok cooking at launches, supper clubs and relaxed weddings is a natural choice.
Any venue in Hampstead, indoors or out
Around Hampstead we cook at private homes and gardens, music and arts venues, tech and media offices and university halls. The London Borough of Camden is also home to the Roundhouse, Hampstead Heath, the British Museum and Coal Drops Yard at King's Cross.
The drive from our kitchen is about 38 miles via the Congestion Charge zone in the south of the borough, roughly 75 minutes, and travel is always included in your quote rather than added on later. Hampstead is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, which our vehicles are planned for, and any charge is built into your quote. For guests coming by train: King's Cross St Pancras, Euston, the Northern line and the Overground.

Questions
Thai catering in Hampstead: FAQs
Travel to Hampstead is included in every quote
King's Cross St Pancras, Euston, the Northern line and the Overground
Do you cater in Hampstead?
Yes. Hampstead is about 38 miles from our kitchen in Chelmsford and we cater weddings, parties, office events and food van bookings there, with travel included in the quote.
How much does Thai catering cost in Hampstead?
Packages start from £14 per guest for mains in eco-friendly boxes, £17 for a main and two spring rolls from hot food stations and £24 for full food stations with two staff. The quote for Hampstead includes travel and shows the full price per guest. There is a minimum spend of £750, or £1,000 for the food truck.
Do venues in Hampstead need a kitchen?
No. We bring our own cooking equipment, certified gas and serving stations, or cook from our food van, so barns, marquees, gardens, fields and halls without kitchens are all fine. We just need a reasonably flat spot close to where guests will eat.
How far ahead should I book for an event in Hampstead?
Summer Saturdays and December dates book up months ahead, so get in touch as soon as you have a date. For weekday lunches and smaller parties, a couple of weeks is often enough. A 20% deposit secures the date.
Can you cater for vegan, gluten-free, halal and allergy needs?
Yes. Every menu includes vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes at no extra cost, halal chicken is available on request and every dish is labelled for the 14 major allergens. Mild versions are available for children.
What is included in the price?
Cooking fresh on site, serving, eco-friendly bamboo plates, cutlery and napkins, set-up, clear-down and travel. Standard service runs for two hours, and extra time can be added.

What our clients say
Every one of our 66 Google reviews is five stars. A few of them, in our clients' own words:
“They tailored their menu to us completely, adding a curry dish that is meaningful to us, and making sure the starters were vegan so all our guests could enjoy them… Most of our guests commented on how much they loved the food.”
“I booked Mihai and Nok for my mum's 60th birthday… they adapted their starters into canapés style plates for our casual dining event. Everyone was raving about the food and we didn't have any guests going hungry!”
“All of our guests loved the Thai buffet and we had lots of comments on the high quality. Mihai and his team were discreet and cracked on using the facilities the hall had… brilliant with some of the more complex dietary requirements.”
