What to know about Thai wedding catering in Ealing
Ealing is a family neighbourhood of houses with gardens, schools and parks. Children's birthdays, christenings and garden parties are what families here book most, with mild dishes for younger guests.
Ealing has one of the most diverse communities in London, with big family celebrations all year round. Large guest lists are normal here, so we plan extra cooking stations and staff to keep service quick.
Where couples in Ealing hold their reception
Wedding settings across the London Borough of Ealing include Ealing Studios, Pitzhanger Manor and Walpole Park and Ealing Broadway, and the venues around Ealing are mostly parks, family homes and gardens and halls and community centres.
Whatever the venue, we cook on site, so the food is served minutes from the wok, and we can run a separate evening food station once the dancing starts.
The drive from our kitchen is about 45 miles via the A40 and the North Circular, roughly an hour and a half, and travel is always included in your quote rather than added on later. Ealing is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, which our vehicles are planned for, and any charge is built into your quote. For guests coming by train: the Elizabeth line at Ealing Broadway, Acton and Southall.

the Elizabeth line at Ealing Broadway, Acton and Southall
How many wedding guests can you serve in Ealing?
We cater weddings from around 30 guests up to 450. For larger numbers we add more cooking stations and staff so the queue keeps moving.
Can you serve an evening food station as well as the wedding breakfast?
Yes. We can do both, or just the evening: a Pad Thai or curry station at 9pm works well once the dancing starts.
Do you cater weddings at venues in Ealing without a kitchen?
Yes. Barns, marquees and gardens with no kitchen at all are exactly what our set-up is for. We bring our own cooking equipment, gas and serving stations, so we only need a flat area near where guests will eat.
How much does Thai wedding catering cost for a wedding in Ealing?
Wedding mains start from £20 per guest, with starters from £5.99 and canapés from £2 a piece. Travel from our Chelmsford kitchen to Ealing (45 miles) is included in your quote, and every quote shows the full price per guest.
Do venues in Ealing need a kitchen?
Not at all. Whether it is halls and community centres or offices around Ealing Broadway in Ealing, we arrive with cooking stations, gas and serving kit and cook on site, so the venue's own kitchen does not matter.
How far ahead should I book for an event in Ealing?
For a summer wedding or a Christmas party in Ealing, months rather than weeks. Office lunches and smaller parties can often be arranged within a fortnight. A 20% deposit confirms your booking.

What our clients say
Every one of our 66 Google reviews is five stars. A few of them, in our clients' own words:
“They tailored their menu to us completely, adding a curry dish that is meaningful to us, and making sure the starters were vegan so all our guests could enjoy them… Most of our guests commented on how much they loved the food.”
“All of our guests loved the Thai buffet and we had lots of comments on the high quality. Mihai and his team were discreet and cracked on using the facilities the hall had… brilliant with some of the more complex dietary requirements.”
“Mihai and Nok came to our wedding reception and served fully vegan food as we wanted: pad Thai, massaman curry, spring rolls and mango sticky rice. Everyone at the party absolutely loved it!”
