Christmas Party Catering in Pleshey
Office Christmas parties and family festive get-togethers in Pleshey are a big part of our December, and Thai food is a welcome change from the standard festive menu.
Pleshey is a tiny village inside the earthworks of a Norman castle, north west of Chelmsford.
The district runs from the edge of the Rodings in the west to the Danbury ridge and the Hanningfields in the south east, so venues range from city hotels to farm barns.

Planning Christmas party catering in Pleshey
Pleshey has plenty of character, with 32% of its homes built before 1919. Historic buildings often limit what can be cooked indoors, so we cook outside under our gazebo and serve inside.
Three in four homes in Pleshey (88%) are detached or semi-detached, so most hosts have a garden or driveway to work with. Gardens here suit a garden party with a cooking station on the patio and food served straight from the wok.
The nearest station, Chelmsford, is about 5 miles away, so most guests arrive by car. With most guests driving, it helps to plan parking and leave a clear route for our van to reach the cooking area.
Party venues in and around Pleshey
Parties in and around Pleshey usually happen at city-centre offices, sports and golf clubs and village halls, and we adapt the set-up to the space.
Indoors we serve a hot buffet in chafing dishes; outdoors we cook live at a gazebo station, which is half the entertainment.
December is our busiest month, so Christmas parties in Pleshey are best booked in October or November.
The drive from our kitchen is about 7 miles via the A12, A130 and A414, roughly 20 minutes, and travel is always included in your quote rather than added on later. For guests coming by train: Chelmsford station is on the Great Eastern Main Line, with direct trains to London Liverpool Street.
Your menu, your way

A good start is spring rolls, Thai roti flatbread and Royal Massaman Curry with Isaan Thai Green Curry and Gai Satay, but every menu is built around your guests, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes and clear allergen labels on everything.
