Hire our Thai street food van for your event in Romford and your guests get wok-fried noodles and curries made in front of them, just like a Bangkok street stall.

Planning Thai street food van hire in Romford
Romford is a family neighbourhood of houses with gardens, schools and parks. Children's birthdays, christenings and garden parties are what families here book most, with mild dishes for younger guests.
Romford has one of the most diverse communities in London, with big family celebrations all year round. Mixed guest lists mean dietary needs vary, so we label every dish and can keep vegetarian, halal-friendly and vegan options apart.
Food van access in Romford
Our horse-box food van needs a level pitch about the size of two parking bays and a clear route in. It is fully self-contained with its own gas and equipment, so power and water on site are a bonus rather than a must.
Around Romford, that could be a garden, a driveway, a farm field, a school field or an event site.
The drive from our kitchen is about 20 miles via the A12, A127 and A13, roughly 45 minutes, and travel is always included in your quote rather than added on later. Romford is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, which our vehicles are planned for, and any charge is built into your quote. For guests coming by train: the Elizabeth line at Romford, the District line and c2c at Upminster.
Your menu, your way
Our whole menu is available for Thai street food van hire in Romford. A good start is spring rolls, Sukhumvit Pad Thai and Isaan Thai Green Curry with Gai Satay and Veg Gun Peacemaker stir fry, but every menu is built around your guests, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes and clear allergen labels on everything.

Questions
Thai Food Truck Hire in Romford: FAQs
Travel to Romford is included in every quote
the Elizabeth line at Romford, the District line and c2c at Upminster
How much space does the food van need in Romford?
We need a reasonably flat spot about the size of two parking bays that the van can reach, on hardstanding or firm grass, with room for a queue. Send us a photo or a map pin and we will confirm it works.
Do you need power or water?
We are largely self-sufficient and cook on our own certified gas. We talk through power and water with you or the venue when we plan the event.
Can guests pay for their own food?
Our main service is pre-paid by the host per guest, which suits weddings and private events. For fêtes and public events, send us the expected numbers and we will discuss options.
How much does food van hire in Romford cost?
Pre-paid food van service starts from £14 per guest, with a minimum spend of £1,000. Travel from Chelmsford to Romford is included in your quote.
How far ahead should I book for an event in Romford?
Summer Saturdays and December dates in Romford book up months ahead, so get in touch as soon as you have a date. For weekday lunches and smaller parties, a couple of weeks is often enough. A 20% deposit secures the date.
Can you cater for vegan, gluten-free, halal and allergy needs?
Yes. Guests at events in Romford can choose vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes at no extra charge, we offer halal chicken on request, and each dish carries a label for the 14 major allergens.
