Planning Thai party catering in Shepherd's Bush
Shepherd's Bush is a family neighbourhood of houses with gardens, schools and parks. Children's birthdays, christenings and garden parties are what families here book most, with mild dishes for younger guests.
Shepherd's Bush is close to the Thames, with riverside venues, terraces and clubs. Riverside venues often have limited vehicle access, so we confirm loading points and carry-in distances before the day.
Shepherd's Bush is a busy working district, full of offices and workplaces. Office Christmas and summer parties work well in a meeting room or roof terrace cleared for the evening.
Party venues in and around Shepherd's Bush
Parties in and around Shepherd's Bush usually happen at family homes, event spaces and media and tech offices, and we adapt the set-up to the space.
Indoors we serve a hot buffet in chafing dishes; outdoors we cook live at a gazebo station, which is half the entertainment.
The drive from our kitchen is about 42 miles via the A4 and the A40, roughly 80 minutes, and travel is always included in your quote rather than added on later. Shepherd's Bush is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, which our vehicles are planned for, and any charge is built into your quote. For guests coming by train: Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, White City and the District and Central lines.

Questions
Party Catering in Shepherd's Bush: FAQs
Travel to Shepherd's Bush is included in every quote
Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, White City and the District and Central lines
Do you provide food for children?
Yes. Pad thai, chicken satay, spring rolls and mango sticky rice go down well with children, and we keep mild versions with chilli on the side.
How much does party catering in Shepherd's Bush cost?
Party catering starts from £14 per guest. Travel to Shepherd's Bush is included in your quote, which shows the full price per guest.
Can you cater a party at my home in Shepherd's Bush?
Yes. Homes and gardens are ideal for our cooking stations. We need a flat space about the size of a parking bay for our cooking station, or we can cook nearby and serve a buffet indoors.
What is the minimum number of guests?
There is a minimum spend of £750, which is about 30 guests on our food station package. For smaller gatherings, a private chef dinner for 6 to 12 guests may suit better.
What is included in a quote for Shepherd's Bush?
Cooking fresh on site, serving, eco-friendly bamboo plates, cutlery and napkins, set-up, clear-down and the 42-mile trip from our kitchen. Standard service runs for two hours, and extra time can be added.
Do ULEZ or Congestion Charge costs get added for Shepherd's Bush?
No surprises: any ULEZ, Congestion Charge or parking costs are included in your quote from the start.
