Planning Thai party catering in White City
White City is a family neighbourhood of houses with gardens, schools and parks. Children's birthdays, christenings and garden parties are what families here book most, with mild dishes for younger guests.
White City is close to the Thames, with riverside venues, terraces and clubs. Riverside venues often have limited vehicle access, so we confirm loading points and carry-in distances before the day.
White City is a busy working district, full of offices and workplaces. Office Christmas and summer parties work well in a meeting room or roof terrace cleared for the evening.
Party venues in and around White City
Parties in and around White City usually happen at media and tech offices, riverside pubs and clubs and family homes, and we adapt the set-up to the space.
Indoors we serve a hot buffet in chafing dishes; outdoors we cook live at a gazebo station, which is half the entertainment.
The drive from our kitchen is about 42 miles via the A4 and the A40, roughly 80 minutes, and travel is always included in your quote rather than added on later. White City is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, which our vehicles are planned for, and any charge is built into your quote. For guests coming by train: Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, White City and the District and Central lines.
Your menu, your way

A good start is Thai prawn crackers, spring rolls and Royal Massaman Curry with Mango Sticky Rice and Sukhumvit Pad Thai, but every menu is built around your guests, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes and clear allergen labels on everything.

Questions
Party Catering in White City: FAQs
Travel to White City is included in every quote
Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, White City and the District and Central lines
Can you cater a party at my home in White City?
Yes. Homes and gardens are ideal for our cooking stations. We need a flat space about the size of a parking bay for our cooking station, or we can cook nearby and serve a buffet indoors.
What is the minimum number of guests?
There is a minimum spend of £750, which is about 30 guests on our food station package. For smaller gatherings, a private chef dinner for 6 to 12 guests may suit better.
Do you provide food for children?
Yes. Pad thai, chicken satay, spring rolls and mango sticky rice go down well with children, and we keep mild versions with chilli on the side.
How much does party catering in White City cost?
Party catering starts from £14 per guest. Travel to White City is included in your quote, which shows the full price per guest.
Do venues in White City need a kitchen?
No. Venues without a kitchen are our everyday work in White City, from family homes to media and tech offices. We set up our own cooking stations close to where guests eat and leave the space as we found it.
How far ahead should I book for an event in White City?
Summer Saturdays and December dates in White City book up months ahead, so get in touch as soon as you have a date. For weekday lunches and smaller parties, a couple of weeks is often enough. A 20% deposit secures the date.
